The facilities are well located to walk around much of downtown Toronto, clean, and comfortable. I asked if we could check in earlier than the listed time. The staff not only found a way to let us check in earlier but upgraded our room. They were always friendly and went out of their way to support us. My girlfriend and I walked all around Downtown Toronto from the Inn at all hours and were able to access museums, great shopping (including the Eaton Centre nearby), and restaurants nearby. Thank you and I look forward to staying there again if I'm in the area!

The staff is super friendly and kind. We loved the room and were not expecting it to be that nice and modern. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were so comfortable, there are amenities in the toilet and even an iron, wardrobe, hangers, and a mirror with speakers in the toilet, a refrigerator, coffee machine in the room etc. The place is well located and at a walking distance from the downtown. We did not have to take the metro once. The neighborhood is not as sketchy as stated in the reviews from other customers, it is safe.

The location and the cost were a definite "plus." I could walk or use bike share to get anywhere I needed to be. Yonge and Dundas, Kensington Market, shopping, and restaurants, all were near by. A nice surprise was the Allan Gardens Conservatory across the street (it's free!). Also, the neighborhood itself was relatively quiet. I was "in the city" but not in the midst of it. My basement room was still "bright." I didn't feel buried away beneath the building. The shower was large. The mini-fridge was a nice extra.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. I had a very pleasant stay here, the staff are great, the premier/deluxe room was large and modern with well working facilities and comfortable bed. Bathroom was great, room was very clean. Very good value for money for a short stay as the facilities are basic you'd use such place to rest your head for the night after a long day out downtown I'd stay again. Great location

Jaunita

The place is super cute and the two young men who were working the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and nice. There was a espresso machine in the room!!! While the location was in a rougher part of the town, we had no issues getting around by foot (we went all over downtown! for hours). The Inn is conveniently located, maybe 35 min walk from the Union Station, and maybe 12-15 min walk from the Young- Dundas Square.
